The package includes:
• An initial meeting by video call – a short chat to get to know each other, and to help you decide if I’m the right celebrant for you
On contract signing and payment of a 30% deposit:
• In depth workshop (typically about an hour) to discuss ceremony elements, tone and logistics, and produce a draft script. This can be in person or by video call
• A questionnaire to gather details of your love story, from you and from a few friends or family members of your choosing
• Guidance with writing personalised vows that are meaningful to you
• Help with selecting readings, poems, and ceremony music
• Options for unity rituals to include in the ceremony - handfasting, sand mixing, candle lighting and others
• Regular contact, unlimited script edits and polishing until you are entirely happy with the shape of your ceremony
• Your personal love story included in the ceremony script
• Full rehearsal where possible, a day or two before the ceremony
• Recommendations for wedding planners, venues, music, photography, catering etc
• Coordinating with other suppliers on the day
• Delivering the perfect ceremony to launch this new chapter in your lives together

• Guidance and recommendations on music, readings and poems or prayers
• Liaising with Funeral venue, musicians, florists as needed.
• A slideshow with music of your choosing
• Presenting a personal, warm and moving ceremony that reflects the true character of your loved one, and elegantly ties together all the contributors

The prices above are for ceremonies conducted in Barcelona, Tarragona, and anywhere within 50km radius of Sitges. I'm more than happy to travel further afield for your big day. Travel and accomodation costs - local or international - will depend on the destination, but a clear costing will be worked out beforehand.
